Selling Commission

No selling commission is payable if sold by home owner

Seller pays selling commission only if sold by a real estate agent

Listing Payment due at time of Listing, GST extra

Example:

Home sells for $100,000 with 6% real estate commission payable

2.5% Listing Fee = $2,500 plus 3.5% Selling Fee = $3,500

Total Fees = $6,000 Savings $0

660 Plan = $660 plus 3.5% if sold by a realtor = $3,500

Total Fess = $4,160 Savings $1,840

660 Plan = $660 plus home owner sells = $0

Total Fees = $660 Savings $5,340
